Our Bichon Molly is doing great. I am sure that your puppy classes helped set a good foundation for her. We went to the Grand Sierra the other day and we were amazed how well she behaved. We can take her off leash in the park now. We still use your techniques to get her to behave during walks. Now walks are no longer a fight the whole time. – David, Christy, Alena and Molly, Reno

Is your dog unruly?  Does his or her hearing seem to fail as soon as you leave the house?  If your dog hasn’t had much formal training, or needs to start the basics, this is the class for you.  Your dog will learn basic obedience while using skills such as paying attention around distractions and self-control.

I loved Basic Manners class. I own a border collie mix and I was able to train my dog Zoey to perform basic manners for anyone in my family including my 5 year old daughter. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a great instructor to either help with basic manners all the way up to learning Tricks.  -Kim, Reno

Reality Romp (level 2 obedience class)

It’s all well and good if your dog has learned to behave well at home and in the classroom, but what about the real world?  Reality check!  Each week this class meets in a different location to make sure your dog can behave no matter where they go.   Your dog will learn to focus on you in distracting environments, even off-leash.

Joanna’s “Reality Romp” classes contain dogs that have many different issues.  Joanna is also very good at gently pointing her human clients in the right direction. She has a knack at picking training venues and exercises that work for every level of dog and recognizes when the dog/human team have reached their limit for the day; challenging but not overtaxing. -Sally, Sparks

Thanks for another great Reality Romp class today. We had a lot of fun! I am really really happy with the progress that Rafter is making in class–especially with his loose leash walking and I am super happy with his sit stays! -Becky, Reno
